Charged for services

<p>I am on pre praid and i was charged for mobile service which I did not even approve - R10 a day! Mobile Academy Service???? I did not even approve any such details. It took all of my airtime! Can vodacome please look into this as this is a very serious concern matter!!! This happend before as well...head office did not do anything.</p>
