Charged for items not received or requested from Vodacom
On 16 May 2018 I did a data only upgrade on two of my contracts with Chatz Brits. When I received my June accounts I noticed that I was being charged R317 on each upgrade for a 3G laptop, which I did not request or receive. I queried this with Craig at Chatz Brits and was told that this was a mistake and it would be reversed. When I received my July statement I was again charged for the two 3G laptop installments. This was again queried with Craig at Chatz Brits and he told me that all documentation had been submitted to Vodacom and he would follow up. In August the "mistake" had still not be corrected but Vodacom had passed a credit on my account for the June overcharges for R634. In September these charges had still not been removed from my account and when I contacted Vodacom to enquire was told that they do not have any documentation and could not help me. Customer services say that they are unable to credit my account with the incorrect charges and I must contact the branch and the branch tells me that they have submitted all the documentation? As this is a two year contact and my account is paid via debit order it seems that I am going to have to battle for another 2 years every month to try and sort out this account. Emails sent to ********** and ********** are just rep**** to with "go back to the dealer" we are unable to assist. Does anyone have an email address that I can use to get this resolved?
