Charged for insurance I did not take out.
I am very disappointed at Vodacom right now.
On the 24th of April, I took out a laptop contract at the Eastgate Vodacom store. I was clear I do not want insurance and my contract states the same.
I see my bill and it's 749 as compared to the 549 I agreed upon and when I enquire I'm told it's for insurance and worse the insurance for a Samsung Galaxy tab, which I do not have. The insurance was done on the 25th.
I've been going back and forth with Vodacom and no one seems to be fixing it. One of your agents rudely told me to just pay the 749 as it is not a big deal.
I refuse to pay for what I did not take and this for me looks like *****ulent activities on my account. There are no records of me asking for insurance, therefore, why am I paying for it.
I am extremely disappointed and would like this to be resolved as soon as possible, I will not pay the insurance difference and do not expect to have this issue once again with Vodacom.
Kindly fix this and contact me.
