Charged for handset I never received

I have been waiting almost a month now since I queried a R50 monthly charge on my account for a handset I never received. I was then told it was for we grow vouchers, I was told I am lying and that I did receive a handset. Then I was told it was not for we grow vouchers. I have insisted they listen to the recording of the conversation when I did the upgrade. But still nothing. So here I am, again, hoping hello Peter can help save the anger and frustration I am enduring
