Charged for firbre installed at another residence
Most pathetic customer service I've ever experienced...been calling a few times a week with no feedback. But when it comes to talking money that does not belong to them they're right on time. Every single agent is waiting on a person by the name of Dominique who is clearly earning a salary he does not deserve. Well done vodacom
