Charged for delivery after waiting 3 months for the extenders

So finally after waiting 3 months for the free wifi extenders promised by vodacom, I get told I must pay R150 delivery fee. Was I told that after signing up I'm going to wait 3 months for the extenders? No, but they can send quotes for me to pay R150 for delivery where as this was never quoted when I app**** for the Fibre, not once did I hear of any delivery fees that must be paid, now finally when they have the extenders I need to pay for delivery. This company truly continues to disappoint me with their service
