Charged for Data that I did nto request

I attempted to complete a sim swap yesterday at the Vodacom store in Sandton city for ********** 128 as my son permanently blocked his sim card some months ago. Yesterday at the Vodacom store I was advised that my account NM016032-0 was in arrears as 1 gig of data was loaded onto the sim for ********** 128, this was done on the 15th October 2017, yet I did not request this, this was an error made by the staff at Vodacom and now I am responsible for it, it also is reflecting on my credit profile that I am in arrears with my account, and honestly, angry does not even come to close to what im feeling right now.

This morning I contact the Vodacom customer care and spoke to 07:08am and spoke to Vanessa Menzi, who kept on telling me that the 1 gig data cannot be removed from my account as it is in arrears, obviously she did not listen to my complaint properly, its because 1 gig of data was loaded onto this sim card without my permission and not at my request, that my account appears to be in arrears, I want the fee for this 1 gig removed from my account as I'm not prepared to pay for something that I did not authorize nor receive and use. Vanessa also said that she would call me back at 8am this morning when a manager is on duty, this has still not happened and its already 08:55am. I want this matter resolved immediately, I cannot be held accountable for an error that staff of Vodacom make, I did not ask anyone at Vodacom to load 1 gig of data onto my sim card, so why must I be responsible for it. I cannot pay for the errors and negligent behavior and actions from Vodacom staff. this is day light *******.
