#Charged for Content Services #not subscribed too #bad service#10's of calls' all withdifferent stories# where is my money#
I saw on my Vodacom account, for the first time, at the end of October, that I was billed for content services, I called Vodacom, they said it was for Wasp services and Vodafone live, I told them I do not make use of either. I was charged @ R7 a day they told me and I must contact Wasp. I called and emailed, and they said over the phone and confirmed via emaiI, that I or rather my phone number was not registered with them, and never was, I called Vodacom back, told them what Wasp said, and got an sms's with reference numbers, which when I called them back later to inquire about the query, was not logged on their system Since then, I made lots of phonecalls, everytime a different story. (recorded them). When I called back again, last week they confirmed I would be refunded, I have the recording. Refunded however since June 2017, because that is now what shows on their side, but when I called the first time they said it was since 2014, that I was billed. Later that same afternoon, I got an sms with a reference nr, stating it was resolved and Michael Singer will call me, nothing happened, its a week later and 5 weeks since my first complaint. This morning I called back, to ask about the refund and to inform them that my boolkeeper has Vodacom accounts, of March 2015, showing the billing of the contents services. The lady told me, that she did not know who told me that I was getting refunded, but the inquiry is closed. Well I am now moving over my 2 Red advantage packages to Cell C or Telkom, and I am going to call a local newspaper. Because as a legal representative, I know that Vodacom had no power of attorney, charging me for services that they personally did not render or for services with a third party, without obtaining verification from me, that the third party had the legal right to submit an account, for services I supposedly subscribed for and had no documentary proof with my signature on, which shows that I understand the contract that I am signing and my commitment toward said contract and contactual obligation, for services at the rate of R7 a day and that I can then verify it and give them permission to deduct money from my bank account for said services. So now I am asking and did I ask the manager at Vodacom, to whom did they pay my money to and for what? Wasp said there was no billing from their side. So where is the contract that I had with whomever charged or billed to Vodacom, if any, and where is my money. How many South Africans are paying for services ilegally subscribed and charged to or not and their Service providers who have the authority to debit for their own services, add accounts of third parties, legal or *******, without obtaing permi ssion or just verifying with an sms, with said client as they do when you buy on +111#. They just deduct for Content services. At one stage the Vodacom lady said I was subscribed to Bumblezoo, well I receive sms' s monthly from them, asking me to subscribe. So its defenitely not them. Wasp said they never received any money. So Vodacom, I want proof on your bankstatements that my money was paid over monthly, and for what services, because its not on my phone.or Sim. Maybe somebody else on another Sim is *******ly charging on my account? I want answers. Luckily I recorded every phonecall with Vodacom, with all their incompetence and lies on record.
