Charged for a sim swap
My cousin was ****** and they took her phone last week saturday.It was a contract phone so we went to Vodacom at Jabulani Mall and we were told to pay R105 for a sim swap and we dont understand how and when we asked why are we suppose to pay they told us that because we dont know our contract contact number that is why. So i want clarity on this .
