CHARGED FOR A SIM CARD DESPITE BEING INSURED
The Vodacom Shop at The Grove Mall offers the worst service in the mall. There is no queuing system, clients waiting to be attended to are scattered all over the shop and neither the service consultants nor the clients know who will be served next. The sign for the technical service section faces the wrong way, and you only discover after twenty minutes that you have been waiting for the wrong fellow. Coincidentally, lighter skinned patrons are noticed first.

I was at the shop on Sunday16 August 2015, to get a sim card replacement. After wandering around the shop and then chancing around with three service consultants, I was served by a lady by the name of Malebo. I mentioned to the lady that I had Sim Sure, but she said there was no record of it. I went ahead to make a cash payment of R70 ( Tax Invoice No. IN245T*** TRAN# 33572)

There is no leadership at this store and this is not the first time I have encountered service issues there. Service staff are grossly ***********, and don't have a clue about customer service.

I am being charger R4.82 every month for Insurance Sim Sure and it seems Vodacom is not ready to offer the benefit when the occasion emerges.
