Charged for a "free" contract perk - please amend asap

I feel the need to watch my bill like a hawk every single month. Without fail, I am eventually charged for something in error. My first month of this new contract I was charged over R2k additional "in error". This was since resolved, but my point still stands.

CURRENT SITUATION Agreed upon amount was R879.00 per month.

I am now being charged an additional amount of R32.76 for a line item that is clearly marked as promotional, and was promised to me as a free perk of agreeing to this contract.

New bill total is now R912.76.

Please refund me for the additional charge for the past 2 months - September and October for R65.52 total.
