Charged double for same package
Good day, I upgraded recently, which I appreciate. (after a lengthy struggle). However on my "bill so far" my new line rental package is charged double. I do understand that a pro-rata may apply but as on my bill now I will be charged the full amount double? Please take not that should this be the case I will have no choice but to return the debit unpaid.
