CHARGE FOR FAULTY PHONE

I have had my Sony experia z1 compact for about 5 months. I live in a very hot area, so not thinking to much about it, my phone one day sunddenly just started to make these stripes across my screen. The guy at the shop said it looks as if my screen are going to give in. So sended it away and they rep**** with a answer that it was BENDED!! Realy?So the want me to pay R3222 to fix it???!!! I then got suspicious and googled my incident, seems like its a known problem with sony! So what should I take from this? Feels like you are paying for a handset and not only your handset money is enough, they also want to take the rest of you money because they feel you have bended a phone known for bended due to heat!<br> <br>
