CHARGE FOR DATA NOT USED

Good Morning I received my monthly invoice on ********** 733 this morning. Charged for data used on our laptop which we did not use???

I phoned and was promised a breakdown of the data usage which I have not yet received. I refuse to pay for this data as we have not used it. Kindly amend my invoice and let me have a copy of the amended invoice and statement herein.

We have never exceeded the 1 GB data on this contract ever before and as far I was concerned this is a 1 GB contract and we cannot use more than 1 GB a month. I also complained on ********** about the sms bundle which wasn’t loaded on my line (for two consecutive months, just after changing to the R200 top up contract) but which was debited on my account. Not having the sms bundle on my line and not being aware of it I used up my airtime for sms’s. To date I have not been credited for these sms’s. I need to be refunded for the sms bundles for two months. The sms bundle was only activated on my account this month (November) again. I would appreciate having this resolved asap.
