Changing service provider

For me to write this complaint , means I have had it with the service provider and I cannot take another fault of Vodacom l. The The 3g store in Claremont(upstairs mug and bean).I am thus highlighting what has pushed me over the edge..
On the 24th /01/2015 I went to the Cavendish 3g store .I was assisted by an agent by the name of Andre Claasen as my slip shows. Andre seemed clueless about what he was doing, an as it shows I was correct in assuming so. His service was horrific and I felt very adamant about continuing with what I had come in for. If I recall correctly excuses were given to try and detour from assisting me and providing me with the help I needed. I was given a story on how I showed use my Vodacom sim card and make a call at home. I knew better and insisted that I would have done it at home if I could and hence my coming to the store then waited a staggering 30/45 min while Andre looked for a phone to use..
I spoke to the account department in store and I was instructed to pay an amount of 1200 for full reactivation asked if that amount was all that was needed and the lady on the phone confirmed that I only pay 1200 and my account would be activated
