Changing Phones Made Easy by Visiting Tech Support at Vodacom, Gateway

Outstanding service from Llewellyn and Dean from 'Tech Support'. They served me with patience, giving me the hours that I needed to understand how to use my device and to set up my new one. They did this whilst helping other customers in-between, treating each one of them with the same care, dignity, patience and kindness. I have never experienced such service (or training) from any cellphone provider. Then, thank you to Rosanne for doing my new cellphone contract quickly and efficiently and for pointing out what was TRULY the best contract for me rather than what was the most expensive.
