Changed contract without permission
They phoned me to upgrade my contract. Said I can keep my contract Red Flexi 135 as is, will just give another phone in order to renew my contract for another 30 months. I received the phone but they changed my contact. Now without data Now they changed my contract to a Red Flexi 185 with no data . Phoned them 4 times, even got a Ref Nr, but they just put you through to the next and the next consultant and then drop the lines. Never trust a consultant's word again.
