Change of ownership problems

For years my daughter's cell phone was included on my account. Three months ago, we both went into a Vodacom shop in Mall of Africa to change ownership of the contract so that she could pay for her phone. All the necessary documents were handed in - proof of residence, bank statement, ID, etc. Each month since then I have been charged for her number but I cannot get a copy of the actual invoice as it is in her name! (?) Last month, I was assured that the account had been corrected and that she would be debited. I have just spent 40 minutes on the phone to "Customer Care", been put through to a department where I could make payment arrangements (my balance is currently NIL), spoken to about six different people and am no closer to sorting out this problem. I have now been told that both my daughter and myself must go into a Vodacom shop to change ownership AGAIN. I cannot believe this incredibly low level of service from any company. How is it possible for a company to treat customers with such disdain, incompetence and utter disregard? The correct procedure was followed, the correct documents were handed in, numerous phone calls have been made in this regard and copy invoices promised. To date, absolutely nothing has been resolved, no invoices have been received and now we have to make the time to travel from different parts of Gauteng to yet again go into a Vodacom shop. Customer Care???????

I received feedback from Vodacom saying the problem has been sorted out. Just received my latest statement......... I am STILL being charged for my daughter's phone despite the change of ownership being done AND the amounts are incorrect. My daughter, however, now receives her invoice plus my invoice!!!! What is so difficult to understand???? Change of ownership - from me to my daughter. One cell phone number (belonging to my daughter) to be transferred to her name, meaning she would receive an invoice plus a statement for that number. The remaining cell numbers (which were never discussed at the Vodacom store at Mall of Africa) to remain on my statement. Invoices to be sent to me. Correct billing as per signed contract to be reflected on invoice. This is not brain surgery but simple administrative wor****! I am now beyond annoyed and cannot deal with any more of the trite e-mails apologizing and saying the matter has been escalated. Escalated to who?????
