Change of ownership of Contract

My husband passed away on the 2 May 2016 and our Vodacom Contract is in his name which he has had for more than 20 years. I was sent an sms from Vodacom Legal beginning of August saying I need to go to a Vodacom Customer centre to do a change of ownership of my husbands contract. I went to the Eastgate Customer Care Centre on the 5th August 2016 and completed all the documents and gave in what was needed. I called the Vodacom Call centre about 7 times between the 5th and the 20th August 2016 to find out what was happening with the change as they said it would take 7 working days to process. I was just told every time that I have to go back to the store and ask them that the call centre cannot help me, or I should call the Legal Department, which I did and they say they cannot help me either I should just re-submit the documents, how is that for service when you have had a contract for over 20 years with them. I returned yesterday to the Eastgate Customer care centre and spoke to the Supervisor in charge, she took all my details and gave me the ladies name and number of their Admin department as she wasn't working yesterday but she would get Winnie from admin department to call me first thing in the morning to tell me what was going on and why everything was taking so long. Until now no one has called me I phoned the number of Winnie that was given to me by the supervisor and guess what it just rings and rings, the stores telephone number that is on the web just rings and rings aswell. Well I am so disgusted with the way Vodacom has handled my problem and the lack of compassion of what a person has to deal with when your spouse dies. I am considering changing to Cell C and keeping my number as my existing number is my form of income and I cannot loose this number that I have had for over 16 years. Absolutely disappointed by Vodacom!!!!
