Change in contract details
I guess Vodacom has become to big for its own shoes.

This morning I received notification that they are unilaterally changing the terms of the contract i have with them.

Legally a contract is binding by both parties and requires consent from both parties to make an amendment.

I tried calling your call centre to get more details but gave up after waiting an hour. From what I have read online, you ******** call centre agents are just giving out a standard response that Vodacom has the right to change the contract.

I will be laying a complaint with the consumber council etc,It isnt about the quantum of the change but the principle.
