Change from pre paid to Contract not correctly done and additional month on contract why

Issue 1 - Switched from prepaid to contract, didn't ask for a new number, however new number was assigned - Reported 13 April not resolved as yet:

I app**** for new Contract
Click on web page keep my number (Port from prepaid to Contract)
Vodacom consultant phoned me and I stated I want my primary number to be ported.

Received the device on 4th of April 2017 without a new sim card
On 5th April 2017 I did a sim swap as new device uses a nano sim.

As I requested porting from prepaid, I waited several days for airtime to be reflected
kept checking the Android application and using the USSD command.
Airtime wasn't reflecting

On android application only my primary Number.

Several days past and airtime wasn't reflecting

Logged into vodacoms webpage and found a 081 number which I never seen before.
this number had the airtime and data allocated to it.

However this isn't what I asked for.
If a new number was assigned why wasn't a sim card for this new number included in delivery?

Your system keeps having problem with this number and its not on the Android application

As I didn't request for new number and didn't receive any advantage for airtime or data.
I didn't receive a sim card.
I can't be held liable for charges of Data or airtime.
I might be held liable for Device charges , however significant risks and rewards where not transferred.

According to accounting standards

Revenue arising from the sale of goods should be recognised when all of the following criteria have been satisfied:
[IAS 18.14]
the seller has transferred to the buyer the significant risks and rewards of ownership
the seller retains neither continuing managerial involvement to the degree usually associated with ownership nor effective control over the goods sold
the amount of revenue can be measured reliably
it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction will flow to the seller, and
the costs incurred or to be incurred in respect of the transaction can be measured reliably
Please correct the mistake and allocated the contract as requested to existing my primary number
If not allocated to the number requested, I am not liable as ownership didn't transfer

Issue 2 - Contract period issue - Reported several time

I had 4 Contracts with Vodacom on my primary number before cancelling switching to prepaid and retaken up the above contract.

First Contract Signed on 16th March 2009
Paid full Amount (no pro rata) for March 2009. Therefore 24 months later is February 2011, as I paid in full, for first month. However Contract end date on your system was than shown as 15th March 2011

Here is a detail account of each contract

Contract 1 - Family TopUp 135
Updgraded in 21st Month

Contract 2 - TopUp 275 S
Held for 27 Months, as from Upgrade Contract moved end date from 15th March 2011 to 15th March 2013

Contract 3 - TopUp 275s

I cancelled the TopUp 275s, 30 days before end of February. Was forced to pay for March. During February I upgraded to uChoose Flex 350 which started on 1st March

Contract 4 - uChoose Flexi 350 I saw this deal with in cancellation period and Upgraded before Contract end

My question remains why was I forced to pay for an additional month of March 2015 if I cancelled 30 days before end of February?
At that time making it a 73 periods in total I paid for and not 72 periods (3 contracts x 24 periods each).

After the 4th Contract my total period is 97 and not 96 periods (4 contracts x 24 periods each).

How can a customer have a 24 period contract and cancel with 30 days before end of contract term and not pay for a addition period?

Vodacom keeps claiming they will listen to the recording and get back to me, however don't.

Waited several weeks for feedback. The solution Vodacom found was to cancel contract, pick up device and reprocess the hole transaction from scratch, however this will happen only after they find that recording, as they want to be sure vodacom made mistake
