Change Bundle
I am on the Smart XL package, for a while now. I recently finished off at my work and needed to downgrade to the Smart M bundle. I was just told a few minutes ago that I must pay a penalty of more than R2000 for the migration. At the time I changed to the Smart XL, via a call centre agent who called ME, I was told that I can change once off free of charge. If I am trying to changed bundles to save me money how can I afford R2000 for migration?
