change a colour of the device

Hi,<br> <br> I would like to expose a manager jaco swart for providing a bad service to me and also when I try to reason with them they gave me a bad attitide which is not acceptable. The issue is that I bought a phone for my brother and I wanted to suprise him so now the colour that I chose he doesn't like it so I went to the store to change the device within 7 working days and they refuse to assist me. when I called customer care line they advised that the manager can contact trade partners to sort out the matter but they refuse to contact them. the phone can still be changed but now he just doesn't want to help me. I am hurt broken and I won't make any business with Vodacom if this matter is not resolved.
