CEO Should step down

Let’s be honest , why do you have a CEO? He never attends to customers and he expects people to attend to customers that has no idea what’s happening. I have been in a battle since May every month something arises. The last time Sipho assured me everything has been resolved and everyone had a meeting, there will be no further issues. What a load of ******* ... I get phones today and asked do I still want to cancel my Fibre and I am excuse me. The lady said the Vumatel was open but now closed and the open serve ( wait for it ) the 24 month Contract should it be cancelled there is an amount of about R60000? I asked for her to email it to me. Why .... because I am on a month to month contract, this was confirmed on the 15th May 2018 by Thato the Executive Client Liaison Officer to the Chief Executive Officer. So yet another month yet another issue. I responded with the email to Sipho, That, the CEO and Fabian. Asking the CEO to now please stop using people and step in. It was just brushed off, not one of the Executive people at Vodacom rep****. What did they do. The poor lady who just did her job had to phone me, which I did not answer as it would not be fair towards her, she then send a sms saying that I should ignore the balance and the best part wait for it ...... the CEO’s Office has confirmed there was a lack of communication from there side. Wow Me CEO why do you not step up to the plate and take charge, do you really think your title of CEO make you better than everyone else. I think the one reason is that you might not grasp what happening here as some of your back up people you use, and the poor people at the ground level gets hammered. Surely you should lead by example. Sipho what now I thought the matter was discussed in a meeting took your word for it, seems not because here we go again. This time you made the mistake. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me ..... Now we’ll lets see what happens now. I will keep you posted. Mr CEO sorry for the inconvenience caused. LOL
