CEO of vodacom to come forward as the company has the worst customer service to date!

It's been 5 days since the call from vodacom. The service team said they will call me the following day and promised and guess what? No phone call nor email nor SMS.

What kind of service are you giving to your customers Vodacom?

Please I am asking that the CEO of vodacom review this and take ownership of the issue that the company is failing at doing simply because no one seems to be as well educated to assist me nor correct the issue caused by Vodacom themselves.

I am done explaining my situation and if I do get someone calling and asking what the issue is I will put the call off!
