cellular services still off after problem suppose to be resolved.
cellular service still off for weeks after ***** problem supposed to be resolved. Can't get hold of anyone working for vodacom as my network is still down!!!!!!!!!!!! terrible customer services! I've been struggling with vodacom for a month now, I'm on a contract, they switched off my cellular services and my data will be expired by the time they reopen meaning I paid an installment for a month which i didn't use from as i can't make any calls or use data service! This is disgusting!! They were supposed to get back to me and 2 weeks later still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
