Cellular Company apparently unable to communicate

My Vodacom debit order did not go off again this month. I understand there were issues last year that caused them not to do a debit order, but I was told that after I made payment, my debit order would be reinstated. Obviously not. When I attempt to phone them, I go the all the steps and after their I get a message that my voice print matches, the line drops every single time
