Cellsure BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Good day, I would like this matter finalized A.S.A.P, I have been very LOYAL to Vodacom all these years and even when my Husband started at Telkom Mobile I told him that I would stay with Vodacom because they offer good insurance, that was until recently, my iphone 5s got damaged a day before my Crown Birthday 30/05/2015, and I was due for upgrade so I upgraded my contract and then submitted claim to Cellsure, the upgrade device imei was updated by Cellsure but not my device that I got from the claim, both the devices got damaged and now I cant claim for any of them because the IDIOT salesman never updated my imei number that I got from the claim with Cellsure, I am using a Gold Iphone 6 which I got from my claim.Please can this be sorted or else I will cancel my contract and take this matter to Court and get all my premiums I have paid thus far.
