I went to Vodacom for a new contract.I wanted the S5.I was informed by the consultant that the S6 is the way to go.Was not satisfied with the 300MB data but was informed that there is a promotion.1Gig additional data every month for the first 10 subscribers for the entire 24 months.After 3 months I only received 300 MB.After numerous calls and 10 days later I was told the extra gig was only for the first 3 months.Yes I know I signed the contract but why must the consultant lie after I told here 300MB is not sufficient.You and your consultants are causing huge damage to the Vodacombrand.I fully understand the need for a Consumer Protection Act and will definitely make full use of it.
