Cellphone Warranty repairs

Hi

My cell phone was faulty but still on second year warranty and it has been with Vodacom for three months now and It’s been up and down since September 2017 and I am now not getting any joy about this and I still don’t have it back yet. They said they have exchanged the cellphone and when I got it back on the 24th of November 2017, I got someone else phone with a simcard on a simtray and that cellphone was not reading simcard so I rebooked it back, but they said it was a new cellphone.

I am very disappointed with the service, for three months now I do not have cellphone and I am business person.

I have logged complains and no one is responding.

Please help before I can escalate this further,
