Cellphone upgrade ***** at Killarney Vodacom store

A ********** Vodacom cellphone contract upgrade occurred in my name with a cloned copy of my ID on 3 January 2016 at the Killarney Vodacom store, JHB<br> <br> I only have one number and one contract with Vodacom.<br> <br> I have reported this to the manager (Jennifer) at the Killarney Vodacom store and she was able to show me a copy of the cloned ID that was used to make the ********** upgrade. I also gave her a copy of my police affidavit about the case and a copy of my original ID and drivers licence. She said she would submit these to Vodacom. I would, however, like to make the Vodacom ***** Department aware of the case as well and ask you to follow up on it in case the ***** was internal and carried out by a member of the Killarney branch. <br> <br> The upgrade equipment quotation that is currently on the Vodacom system includes the Apple Iphone 6S and TOP DOG voucher on a 36 month contract - this was the upgrade that occurred **********ly.
