cellphone upgrade done without authorozation

<p>on the 20th March 2017 my contract on cell no ********** aws upgraded without my permission.</p> <p>i have been in contact with vodacom regularly but they will not reverse the upgrade in spite of having no proof of the upgrade. numerous calls made by me with promises of call backs never happen. every month money is debited from my bank account by vodacom *******ly. this is theft.</p>
