Cellphone upgrade

On the 16th of October 2017 I went to Vodacom Mimosa Branch in Bloemfontein to upgrade and the phone was not in stock and the lady promised to call and a week after that someone called Selva phoned and promised to send the phone as he said they have it at their Head Office so he would send it the following day, it never came. A week after that I called as I was told my name is in the list of the Back Office (whatever that means) On the 22nd I went to Pick & Pay Vodacom Branch where the Consultant found that there is an outstanding Order in the System so he could not do the upgrade. He phoned Vodacom Head Office to ask them to cancel the Order. Please refer below Order is not cancelled yet and my contract ended in June already. My phone is giving me problems. In my eighteen years of having a contract with Vodacom I never experienced something like this I am really disappointed. Vodacom does not care for the customers anymore.
