Cellphone shop doesn't stock cellphone
I have been trying to upgrade to an Iphone 7s plus with Vodacom but they are unable to get stock even though I have been promised on numerous occasions that stock will arrive on a specific day. They don't even have the decency to phone me back, the customer has to phone to find out what is happening and to be told sorry no stock. This has been going on for 2 weeks. The phone is not new so stock should be available. How can a shop that sells cellphones not have cellphones in stock anywhere?
