CELLPHONE REPAIRS DELAY

Honestly, I expect better service from the leading cellular network provider. I understand that there may be delays with repairs but almost 2 weeks to replace glass on a cellphone is unacceptable. What makes it worse is when I call the repairer in Centurion Mall, it's a hassle to get through and eventually when I do, they cannot tell precisely what is outstanding and the turn around time. Can I have some one who will tell me exactly what's causing the delay and when will my device be ready. I cannot accept this at all.
