Cellphone Repairs
I'm disappointed at the service given to my mother by Your store at eastgate mall. On 3March 2020 she took the cellphone ( Hisense infinity E6) to be repaired it had a polroblem with the speaker, as of today ahe hasn't received the phone back, when she went to the store to enquire she was told by Your store manager that the phone can't be repaired and therefore she has to buy a new phone.

On the 17 July I revived a call from your eastgate branch that the phone is ready for collection, I went to collect it Saturday but I was given the run around that the phone is still not back from repairs. This is very unprofessional considering that it's been 4 months waiting
