Cellphone repair - STILL WAITING!

I am absolutely annoyed with Vodacom! I handed my cellphone in for repairs on the 19th April and I still do not have it back!!!!! I keep on following up and all I get told is "we are waiting for spares" is the spares maybe coming from another country? I contacted the Tygervalley repair centre again on Friday and the girl said she will check with the technician and get back to me... I'm STILL WAITING! I am beyond ****ed off! I could have taken my phone to the little shops and gotten it back within less than a week. I need answers and I need my cellphone back because someone is OBVIOUSLY not doing their job. Also the job number kept on changing?! I even received an sms to say the cellphone is ready for collection but it wasn't. I NEED FEEDBACK ASAP! Next week my account will be debited in full for something I do not have! Worst service ever!!!! Vodacom
