Cellphone repair job number ***1

i handed in my phone for repairs at vodacare sandton on 30/01/2014. the lady told me i would get feedback with 14 days if is a major issue or 7 days if is minor. my phone a blackberry 9320 had a problem with the scroller button as well as restarting now and then. today i called in as they did not stick to their turn around time as always and the guy tells me my phone is damaged by water/moisture and cannot be fixed. my phone has never been exposed to water, nor the been in a steamy kitchen as he mentioned. i want my phone repaired. vodacare has the worst service ever. i will never renew my contract with vodacom. MTN has never given me a headache like vodacom is doing.whats the point of having warranty if it does not service you.i canceled my contract before because of such disgusting service with vodacom. i will not ever renew or contract with them. My Job ***1. please resolve my problem.
