Cellphone Repair

My Samsung Galaxy A5 auto switched off and the screen just turned blank. On 03/10/2016 I took to VodacomWorld repair centre because its still under warranty. There was no physical damage on the phone, NOTHING... but few days later I got a call from Vuyani who said I must pay R1599 for a cracked screen, I told him that I disagree with the quote cause the screen was intact when the handset was booked. Vuyani said he will escalate the matter, to date I haven't heard from anyone, I called again, my issue is still not escalated, my phone is not fixed... For crying out loud, its been 2 weeks, I need my phone fixed before the end of this wee****!
