Cellphone Reception

I currently have a Business Account with Vodacom. Since the middle of 2016 my wife and I realised that the cellphone reception in our house, Noordheuwel Krugersdorp has been very very bad, only at patches. Being a Medical Doctor it is quite uncomfortable to be running around in my house in the midde of the night looking for a place to talk and having multiple dropped calls in the process.

My wife left a message on Vodacom's Facebook on the 13th of January and got a reference number 1- ********** 538801. She was called back only on the 24th of January 2017 by someone from Vodacom that said that the local tower is overused and a new tower will be built, no date given, and the querie will be ascalated.

My wife again sent a message via Facebook on the 31st of January enquiring what is going on. She was promised again that the querie will be escalated.

On Sunday, the 5th of February she was phoned by Lance Gurlinge. He again gave the story about a new tower that needs to be built for our problem to be sorted out but could not give me any indication as to when it will be done, saying that I must remember that permission and building plans must be obtained from the municipality and that will take time.

Now what nonsense is this now? I am expected to pay my monthly fee every month with such pathetic service and feedback??

Is this really what I can expect from a Service Provider such as Vodacom? Surely there must be another solution as to wait another x amount of years for this problem to be attended to. Or, of course, is Vodacom not worried about their service and only to milk their customers?

I am sure as hell going to look for a better solution from another service provider very soon unless things start happening!!!!
