CellPhone Order, and I don't know who to talk to

I did an online application, someone promised to call me at 09:30, but no one called.<br> Then I called and told them that my employer will pay, I was told to call ***, when I called *** I was told to call another number.<br> I have no idea who to call for this contract, and the service I am getting is not good.<br> <br> Thank you
