I reported a complaint via Hellopeter on 18 June 2015 about an amount of R834.00 that Vodacom owe me . Mr Yunus responded through Hellopeter that they need proof of the payment which I forwarded to him via e-mail , and he confirmed receiving such proof and that Vodacom are investigating and will get back to me shortly . I have mailed Mr Yunus on 2 July and again on 3 August and 27 August requesting progress , however without any response from him . <br> Vodacom used the following ref nr A6- X215- IL13T . <br> <br> Please this is under investigation since December 2014 and is still not resolved . Such a small matter cannot be resolved by a company as big as Vodacom .
