My name is Dudle my phone crushed on the 21st of march and I took it to Vodacom store on the 22nd of march to be fixed at the glen shopping center store number u19, they kept my phone for a month on the 26th they gave me a courtesy phone to use. I visited the store and I spoke to the manager, she promised to solve my problem. After numerous calls to the store I spoke to Mbuso who said that I must borrow the store my laptop so that they can fix my phone and again they told me to buy my software on line so that they can retrieve my contacts of which I did. I wonder why I bought a Vodacom phone when I have to be the one to bring my laptop to get it fixed.
