Cellphone gone missing after 3, 5 Months of handing in for repairs

good day

on the 20th January 2017 I handed in my child's cellphone (Samsung Galaxy A7) for repair. After 2 weeks a person called Patricia phoned us as said we could collect the phone. Upon arrival at Vodacom Chatz, we were told that the phone was not there and that we must collect at Alberton Repair. We were also told that even though Patricis is an employee at Vodacom Chats, it was not her who phoned us to let us know that our phone is ready for collection. They then phoned Alberton Repairs who said I have to pay an excess of R150.00 before they send my phone back. I told the lady at Vodacom Chatz that I would pay the amount once I collect my phone. I was told that I would be contacted, to no avail. I then received a message that I must pay the amount into Alberton Repairs bank account, which I have done. I then escalated the complaint to East Rand Mall Management as well as Vodacom management and also emails through the Proof of Payment on numerous occasions. I am yet to receive an answer.

All i want is my phone back. Why is it so difficult after almost 4 months?????
