Cellphone delivery

I have order on line a cellphone. I did phone RAM and ask them if my sister can sign on behalf of me for the parcel as iam leaving the country for 3months and the lady said she will send an email to vodacom and i must do the same. I did that. a Lady from Vodacom phoned me and said they CAN NOT DO THAT. VODACOM STAFF IS UNHELPFULL AND PATHETIC SUCH A BIG COMPANY. I SAID THAT I GIVE MY SISTER FULL PROMISE TO SIGN ON MY BEHALF. THE PHONE WAS ACTUALLY A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY MOTHER ON THE 19TH JULY. THOUGHT I WILL GET HER THE PHONE AS I WILL NOT BE BY HER ON HER BIRTHDAY. HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY YOUR USELESS VODACOM PEOPLE .
