Cellphone contract Sony Xperia Auqua

Good morning.

I am Chené de Koning, a 21 year old female. I had alot of trouble with Vodacom in 2015 and recently, I took out my first cellphone contract by Vodacom on the 1st of March 2015. I app**** for a Sony Xperia M2 Aqua cell contract. Having the phone for 3 months and still under guarntee, the cellphone decided to put it self off and not to come back on. I went to the Vodacom shop at Northern Cape Mall Kimberley, and they said no its just the software, they updated and the phone worked. In May month the cellphone did the same, able to restore it, I went on. October 2015 the cellphone, did not want to charge and did not want to switch on. I went back and explained it's now the third time and the phone still has a year guarantee. The consultant decided, that they are going to send my phone in and REPLACE it with a new one, telling me that since it's a year guarantee i Need a new phone and also its a Factory fault phone according to Sony. The phone went in, 3 weeks later they phone me. that my phone had arrive. when i got to the shop, it was my old phone. When i asked them but why is it not fixed? they said that, the repairs were calling me but i never anwsered, so it was a quote rejected. I told them that I have received NO call what so ever regarding my phone. They said that they will give me a new phone. 2 weeks later again, they called me and it was exactly the same problem again. I decided to lodge a complaint, but no one was intersted in helping me. Now apperntly i owe Vodacom R5000 of my contract, but why should i pay for something thats broken?. Could you please assist me in this problem.

Regards

**********
**********
