Cellphone contract *****

Someone took a cellphone contract, vodacom debited the amount off my account in Feb. I went to the vodacom at Mall of the South and the ***** department was notified. Got an email to fill an attachment but there was no attachment, I followed up but still nothing. No one has investigated the ***** or canceled the contract. I cant even renew my own cellphone contract because of this. Very disappointed, this never happened at Mtn.
