Cellphone contract *****

Im Mpho Njoro from Rustenburg, I had a contract with vodacom, and my contract was due for upgrade, then i went to vodashop in Rustenburg waterfall Mall for cell phone cobtract upgrade, when i got there i was told that i have already upgraded my contract, it was done at vodacom4U shop in highveld Mall in Mpunalanga. So opend a ***** case and i got an avidafit n i presented it at vodacom 4U. They told me that the case has been lodged, now im receving masseges from vodacom's legal represantatives telling me that i owe them R35000.. the case was opend around may, n ***** happend around March 2023.
