Cellphone contract cancellation

I’m still struggling to cancel the contract I received an email from them saying a consultant will call me till today no one has called… it so annoy when you await the contract they are very quick to assist you in the store when it time to cancellation no one knows they give you the number that is useless can somebody help me I’m really getting annoyed
