Just spoke to a consultant named Thembalethu Dlamini from cellphone contract department, well articulated individual and understood my reasons not to upgrade to another device and didn’t force my hand on that, rather he suggested a well reasonable deal for me without even sweet talking me, the company should keep such individuals who understand customers needs and customer experience, all the best to him and his growth in the business
